Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • No additional charge

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • All charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Rawlings gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Our Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Baseballs (due to potential use in play)
  • Cups & Supporters (hygiene reasons)
  • Eye Black (personal care product)
  • Any customized or personalized items

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Your order number and date received
  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 5021 Gladwell Street, Memphis, US 38115

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items including:

  • Original packaging and all accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Clearly write your return authorization number on the package

Important: Use a trackable shipping method and consider insurance. You’re responsible for items until they reach our warehouse.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email when:

  • Your refund has been processed
  • Or your exchange items have been shipped

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for:

  • Different size (subject to availability)
  • Different color (subject to availability)
  • Equal or lesser value item (price differences will be refunded)

If your preferred exchange item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns
