At Rawlings Baseball Shop, we stand behind the quality of our baseball equipment and apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baseballs (due to potential use in play)
  • Cups & Supporters (hygiene reasons)
  • Eye Black (personal care product)
  • Any customized or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (5021 Gladwell Street, Memphis, US 38115)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items including:

  • Original packaging and all accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Clearly write your return authorization number on the package

Ship using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package as you are responsible for items until they reach our warehouse.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our team will inspect your items within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email when:

  • Your refund has been processed (for returns)
  • Your exchange items have been shipped

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement items.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for:

  • Different size (subject to availability)
  • Different color (subject to availability)
  • Equal or lesser value item (price differences will be refunded)

If your preferred exchange item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns
